Green Grove Studios is based in Northern Illinois and offers photography, art, and design services, as well as handmade pottery, stained glass, and woodburned items. All products are handmade or custom-designed, and variations are part of the creative process.

2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise discussed for commissions. Accepted payment methods may include PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card. Once payment is received, your order will be processed or scheduled for creation.

3. Custom & Commissioned Work
Custom pieces, including art and design commissions, are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once work has begun. Communication and approval steps may be included throughout the design or creation process to ensure satisfaction.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated before invoicing for commissions. Green Grove Studios is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, though every effort will be made to ensure your order arrives safely.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and custom nature of the work, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to discuss a possible replacement or repair.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights
All designs, photographs, and artwork are the intellectual property of Green Grove Studios and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission. Clients who purchase photography or design services receive personal or commercial usage rights as agreed upon in advance.

By using this website, you agree not to misuse its content or attempt to copy, distribute, or exploit any material without consent. All text, images, and artwork are protected under copyright law.

Any personal information collected (such as your name, email, or shipping address) will only be used to process orders or communicate about services. Your information will never be sold or shared.

While I do my best to ensure accurate descriptions and photos, colors may appear slightly different on various screens or devices. Green Grove Studios is not responsible for how products are used once they leave my hands, nor for damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
For digital designs, files are provided as-is for the agreed-upon purpose. Green Grove Studios cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, platform, or printer once files are delivered.
